2. What data this dashboard processes

• Login (Supabase): Your email address is processed for sign-in via login link and optionally for two-factor authentication (TOTP). Auth provider: Supabase European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The login session is stored in your browser's localStorage (technically necessary).
• License data: email address, subscription tier, expiry date as well as a hash (never the plaintext) of your license key and your backup codes.
• Minecraft username: if you provide it yourself (voluntary, changeable in the dashboard at any time, changes limited to once every 30 days).
• Connection binding (anti-sharing): To detect abuse, your license is bound to a connection identifier (IPv4 address or IPv6 prefix) and usage is counted per day/IP. Usage data is deleted automatically after 30 days, unused bindings after 60 days. You can reset the binding yourself in the dashboard (max. once every 24 h).
• Server logs: On access, the IP address and time are recorded for operation & security (rate limiting). Logs are automatically deleted after 14 days.

3. Cookies and local storage

This dashboard uses exclusively technically necessary cookies/storage: the login session (localStorage), in the admin area a session cookie (sbs_admin, HttpOnly), your language choice (sbs_lang) and your cookie choice itself. There is no tracking and there are no analytics cookies. Technically necessary storage does not require consent under § 25(2) TTDSG.

4. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for login and license management; legitimate interest (lit. f) for abuse detection and IT security.

2. Welche Daten dieses Dashboard verarbeitet

• Login (Supabase): Deine E-Mail-Adresse wird zur Anmeldung per Login-Link und optional zur Zwei-Faktor- Authentifizierung (TOTP) verarbeitet. Auth-Dienstleister: Supabase Europäische Union (Frankfurt, Deutschland). Die Login-Sitzung wird im localStorage deines Browsers gespeichert (technisch notwendig).
• Lizenzdaten: E-Mail-Adresse, Abo-Stufe, Ablaufdatum sowie ein Hash (niemals der Klartext) deines Lizenz-Keys und deiner Backup-Codes.
• Minecraft-Username: sofern von dir selbst hinterlegt (freiwillig, jederzeit im Dashboard änderbar, Änderung max. alle 30 Tage).
• Anschluss-Bindung (Anti-Sharing): Zur Missbrauchs-Erkennung wird deine Lizenz an eine Anschluss-Kennung gebunden (IPv4-Adresse bzw. IPv6-Präfix) und die Nutzung pro Tag/IP gezählt. Nutzungsdaten werden nach 30 Tagen, ungenutzte Bindungen nach 60 Tagen automatisch gelöscht. Du kannst die Bindung im Dashboard selbst zurücksetzen (max. alle 24 h).
• Server-Logs: Beim Aufruf fallen technisch IP-Adresse und Zeitpunkt an (Betrieb & Sicherheit, Rate-Limiting). Logs werden automatisch nach 14 Tagen gelöscht.

3. Cookies und lokale Speicherung

Dieses Dashboard verwendet ausschließlich technisch notwendige Cookies/Speicher: die Login-Sitzung (localStorage), im Admin-Bereich ein Sitzungs-Cookie (sbs_admin, HttpOnly), deine Sprachwahl (sbs_lang) sowie deine Cookie-Einstellung selbst. Es gibt kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Cookies. Technisch notwendige Speicherung ist nach § 25 Abs. 2 TTDSG nicht einwilligungspflichtig.

Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) für Login und Lizenzverwaltung; berechtigtes Interesse (lit. f) für Missbrauchs-Erkennung und IT-Sicherheit.
